Saturday Morning Stroud ADHD Peer Support Meet Up

Our bi‑monthly Stroud ADHD Collective peer support group is back after our summer break, and you’re warmly invited to join us!
We’re a small, supportive peer group for adults who identify with ADHD as part of their neurodivergence.
We check in, pick themes together, share experiences, and create a space to talk openly about the overwhelm, the humour, the strategies, and the hopes. This shared understanding makes the group feel like a validating breath of fresh air.
Numbers are limited to help us keep the space safe and comfortable.
For more information and booking: https://bookwhen.com/stroudadhdcollective
Donations help cover room hire but are completely optional.
Come as you are...Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’re welcome.
