Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing experience with Restorative Yoga, designed to gently open the body, calm the mind, and promote healing. This class is perfect for all levels and focuses on stillness, breath, and supported postures using props such as bolsters and blankets. Held in the serene environment of our Himalayan Salt Cave, this session combines the benefits of yoga with the natural detoxifying and respiratory support of halotherapy.

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not reached. *Each teacher sets their needed ticket limit. Classes may be cancelled if less than 4 persons register.*
Registrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be canceled, however no refunds will be given. We will compensate our practitioners for the amount of tickets sold.
Events and group appointments start at their scheduled times and late entry will not be granted. Registration and pre-payment is required.
