Join us every Saturday morning for guided meditation and a friendly group presence. In this space we're nurturing a budding meditation and wholesome oriented community space.
Meditations are 30-40 minutes with space for questions, sharing, and being together as a group. Optional tea afterwards, and a cafe on site if you wish to stay and socialize longer.
Hope you can make it if you feel a spark.
Meditations are $5-$15 sliding scale and begin at 10am.
