Price is £22 including warming steam eye mask. I reserve 1 place on each session for those in need who can't afford the full price - job seekers, carers, those who may not be able to afford a ticket.

During this in-person event, you will be guided through a meditative journey, enveloped in the harmonious vibrations of various instruments. Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sound tools.

As you lay comfortably on a mat or sit in a chair, allow the sounds to penetrate deep within, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace. Feel the vibrations resonate through your body, releasing tension and restoring balance.

No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to let go.
