Whether you have a regular practice or have never meditated before, this might be for you!
During this series of Saturday meditations, Jeffrey Barnes will help us explore a variety of mindfulness & meditation practices.
Important: Please arrive no later than 9:25. Doors will lock and meditation will begin promptly at 9:30.
Participants may sit on a chair or the floor. Please bring a cushion or mat if needed.
