We are offering two SATURDAY MAT PILATES classes this month. They are called “Mat Pilates - with props!”
These are both amazing classes for all levels of experience and fitness. They are great for beginners who are just getting started on their Pilates journey or people who want to try something new!

“Mat Pilates with Props!”
Join Emily for a classical Mat Pilates class at align optimal wellness. This 45-minute pop-up class will get your core strong and active. Emily is going to incorporate props useful for various muscle connections, stretching, and as usual good humor. Props including the foam roller may be used. You will enjoy a workout like no other regarding deep core muscles. As you progress and understand the movements more deeply, you’ll find fluidity and form improve which will only increase the intensity of the workout you feel. We will be opening the hip flexor muscle group and psoas, moving back in all planes creating health in the spine, we’ll be finding more space in your body, breathing more deeply, and getting rid of excess stagnancy in your lungs.
