When the weather outside is frightful, join us in our sunny Markeim gallery for kids movement with beloved local yogi Gwen Harrison for children's yoga!
This playful and engaging yoga class is designed just for kids. Through age-appropriate poses, games, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, children will build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus—all while having fun. Each class encourages movement, creativity, and relaxation in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
Kids will learn simple yoga flows, calming techniques, and body awareness, helping them feel more confident, centered, and connected.
No experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
