Family and Senior Dance and Fit classes at The Community outreach center at Faith Community Baptist Church.

Come out for the Soring 5 week Session or drop in a couple of Saturdays.
10-11 Pre-teen Dance and Drum Troupe,, Senior Fit Aerobic and Dance Fitness (Chair Aerobics available)

11-12 Family Fitness Dance Class(Variety of Dance Fitness Styles each week with guest instructors)

Enjoy music and dance. Guest instructors each eeek showing a variety of cultural dance and fitness movement activities.
Pre-teen Drum and Dance Troupe includes: drumming, various instruments, music , dance, hula hoop and other props.

Family Dance CD and Futness ;a variety of different fitness and dance activities each eeek including : hula hoops and other props, live dances, hand dancing, aerobics and the like

Senior fit includes low impact aerobic activities and dance. Chair aerobic option. Available.
