Join us every Saturday from 10:30AM to 12 noon for an open morning at the Friends Meeting House in Canterbury to learn Buddhist meditation, deepen your existing practice and meet like-minded people. Open to all, suggested donation £5, tea and biscuits provided.
Meditation can help us to gain a new perspective on the stressful situations and anxieties of everyday life. It can also help to develop our self-awareness and can increase our sense of well-being.
