Decoden is a Japanese craft technique focused on decorating accessories, particularly phone cases, with a "kawaii" (cute) aesthetic. Bring your phone case or other item you want to decorate; the library will provide the charms, bling and whipped glue, plus items to decorate if you don't have your own. Limit of 30 participants.
