Saturday Community Workout – All Levels

Join us for a free community workout in St. Pete!

This event is designed for anyone who wants to move, get a great workout in, and meet others in the local fitness community. Whether you’re brand new to working out, experienced with CrossFit or strength training, or just looking for a fun way to start your Saturday, you’re welcome here.

We’ll start at 10:00 AM with a quick group introduction and warm-up so everyone can meet each other and get comfortable.
After that, we’ll move into a 30-minute workout that will include a mix of functional fitness movements such as bodyweight exercises, strength work, or conditioning. The workout will be scalable for all fitness levels, so beginners are absolutely welcome.
After the workout, we’ll hang out for a bit, chat, and get to know each other. The goal is to build a supportive local fitness community while having fun and getting a great workout in.

What to bring:
• Workout clothes
• Water bottle
• A positive attitude

The workout will take place at CrossFit Renegade in St. Petersburg.
If you’ve been curious about functional fitness, CrossFit-style workouts, or simply want to meet other active people in the area, this is a great place to start.
