Build and publish your first website in 8 Saturdays. HTML, CSS and JavaScript, taught by working developers. Free, no experience needed.
About this Event

Web development course for beginners or anyone new to web development. You'll build your own website, publish it online, build a small interactive app, and learn from working developers.
When: Sep 26, Oct 3, Oct 10, Oct 17, Oct 24, Oct 31, Nov 7, Nov 14,
9:30 am - 2 pm, Cambridge Public Library, 449 Broadway.
Light lunch included.
Who it's for: complete beginners or people new to web development, 16 or older, who can practice 3 - 5 hours a week between sessions.
How to apply: fill in the form at cambridge-dev.org/bootcamp by Sep 23 and come to one starter class. Registering on Eventbrite doesn't reserve a seat.
Run by volunteer developers at Cambridge Dev Lab, a Massachusetts nonprofit. We've hosted over 150 sessions since October 2024 and taught the Cambridge Public Library's first web development workshop series.
