Saturday classes are SO much fun..... and a 10:45am start means it's not too early if you have a little distance to travel.

If you've not been to 'Rockfit with Sharon' before, please come 10 minutes early to fill out a short form.
Ample free parking outside, (please use the car park on the left as you drive through the gates) - there will be signs up to send you to the right room.
First class is FREE
£5 per class after that, or a 5-class-card for £20
