Do you enjoy gong or sound baths and would love to have an opportunity to learn more about the gongs, Koshi chimes and singing bowls and other instruments, and how to play them?Or are you a holistic therapist or yoga teacher who would like to discover how sound therapy can elevate your existing practice?
Join us for this 3hr Gong Practitioner taster workshop where you will:
✨ Learn a brief history of the gongs and how they came to be used therapeutically.
✨ Learn about the different types of gongs, their unique characteristics and health benefits.
✨ Experience how different gongs resonate with you personally, both physically and emotionally.
✨ 'Hands on' playing of the gongs (gentle guidance from Alex and Mags to help you get the most from the experience)
✨ To finish the morning, enjoy a group gong bath and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and chimes.
✨ Leave feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated.
Investment: £45 3hrs
**8 Gongs including Paiste 38" Omh Symphonic, 32" Paiste Chiron, 30" Paiste Platonic Year, 28" Paiste Jupiter and Sidereal Day plus others.
**Supportive and inclusive guidance from 2 qualified and practising Gong Practitioners - Alex and Mags
If you've loved what you've learnt in the workshop, there is opportunity to progress to our in-person CMA (Complementary Medical Association) Accredited Gong Practitioner training course starting in June.
**Anyone enrolling on the course will have the cost of this workshop deducted from their course fees.
Our accredited qualification will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience to run your own group or one-to-one gong sound bath business or to add sound therapy to an existing holistic modality.
Our course includes everything you need to move you from a complete beginner to a confident Gong Practitioner.
