We welcome you to the essence of the ashram. A weekend with Yogi Sri dama Shaka das.
Learn how to a live a life full of bakthi devotion love and celebration. The retreat will take place in a beautiful organic orchard. Inside a cob EARTHLoDGE. This will be a truly magical experience. A digital reset for the mind body and soul.
The schedule:
Your welcome to arrive with us at the site 4pm onwards to set up your space.
We kindly ask that phones and devices are turned off for the weekend by this time.
6:30 Prasad (blessed food)
All food served will be organic. Locally sourced and where possible home grown.
Sat: 8am opening Aarthi A welcoming ceremony to the deities at the shrine.

8:30 Jappa walk (silent mantra walk)observing the nature in the orchard.
9:30 Yogic Asanas
Traditional Yoga.
11.00 Vipassana meditation (full body meditation. )
12:30 Prasad sacred lunch.
Free time. Time to enjoy the Nature your surrounded in.

3pm Pranayama breathwork. (Yogic breath-work techniques.
4pm Yogic Asanas.
Traditional yoga practise.
5:30 Aarthi ceremony to the deities at the shrine.
7.00 pm Prasad sacred feasting.
Sunday. Same schedule.
Finishing with 5:30pm Aarthi closing ceremony.
