Allow yourself to be immersed in the relaxing, meditative and stress relieving vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, steel tongue drum and soothing Koshi chimes.
Stresses and strains drift away as you deeply relax and allow the gongs to take you on a journey, whether a dreamy relaxed state or meditation. The Gong Bath can leave you feeling calm, refreshed and rejuvenated.
SESSION 1 - FAMILY SESSION - 1.30pm - 2.30pm
This session is for some stillness and quiet time for adults and children 10 years+ (accompanied by an adult). Come along and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and Koshi chimes. Max 2 children per adult.
