**Meet on parking lot side of Fox Den Cafe**
This will be our 5th group work party in preparation for the 2026 OTB Open DGPT+ and Amateur events!
We're planning to focus on the following activities:
- Repair / refurbish several existing tee pads
- Cleanup area of left on Holes 16 & 17
- Fill and smooth out gopher holes (several holes)
- Finish building mound on Hole 6
- Install "don't throw here" posts on Hole 16
- Upgrade (2) existing FPO tees to full-size
Please bring water, gloves, hand tools (hard rake, tamper, shovel, pick-ax), hedge trimmer, and / or a string trimmer (gas powered) if you have them.
We'll provide lunch and are tracking attendance to make sure those that contribute are properly appreciated.
VOLUNTEER SPOTS
We have 3 unclaimed spots (unpaid) remaining, available on a first come / first served basis, to those who complete 2 work days. Those who attend Saturday will have priority over those who attend only on Sunday. If demand exceeds supply, we will do a random drawing for the spots before we begin work that day. In the case that you are not selected in the random drawing, we understand if you do not want to stay. We have not had to do a random drawing in the past but wanted to cover this scenario, just in case.

Scenario 1: 2 people attend Saturday seeking a volunteer spot who has not already established a claim. Those people will have a claim on 2 of the 3 available volunteer spots. We would then have 1 available going into Sunday. If 2 or more additional people attend Sunday (seeking a volunteer spot), we will do a random drawing per above.
Scenario 2: 4 people attend Saturday seeking a volunteer spot who have not already established a claim. In that case, we would do a random drawing per above.
The same logic applies at the start of any work day for as long as unclaimed volunteer spots remain.
