Satsanga, or community of truth, is a time for members of a community to join together for spiritual cultivation. The cold and dark days of winter are a time for reflection, but not necessarily isolation. In this three-part satsanga series, we will seek to cultivate a deeper understanding of the three paths of yoga: bhakti, jnana, and karma. There will be chanting, silent meditation, a dharma talk, some gentle movement, and an opportunity to connect with a local community of yogis over tea and dharma discussion.
