Mens Mental Wellness Meet-up

With the rate of suicide being the highest in middle-aged white men and in 2020, men died by suicide 3.88x more than women— we have formed this men’s group for ALL masculine identifying humans to prevent these suicide rates from increasing.

This group is meant to create a safe space formal men of all ages to share, connect, and step into a more mindful masculinity to better their mental wellness. We will explore masculinity in its totality, the good and the less good, and how we show up in the world.

This group will give participants a place to explore that, in the hopes that they are able to be better friends, sons, fathers, partners, brothers, and community members.

The meeting agenda’s will be subject to change, but initially will alternate between weeks of an open forum for sharing and weeks of a chosen theme/topic.
