Satrangi Re is a vibrant Holi event set in the heart of nature—a lush green field surrounded by tall trees with the vibrance of Holi and colors.

This is a Fundraising Holi Event conducted by The Inclusion Movement an organization focussing on inclusion of Persons with Disability through volunteering.

The funds raised by this event will be used for the programs of The Inclusion Movement.

Activities included with the ticket:

2) DJ and Dhol

3) Games

Event Highlights:

🎶 * DJ: Groove to the beats of top DJs and live acts bringing an energetic vibe and setting the stage for an epic celebration.

🌈Natural colors: Join us to celebrate Holi with natural colors (in limited quantities). Each ticket includes 2 packets of color for a safe and vibrant Holi experience!

🌳 Green Venue: Experience the festival at our expansive outdoor venue perfect for creating amazing memories with friends and family

🥁 Traditional Dhol: Feel the pulse of Holi with live dhol beats adding a traditional vibe to this vibrant celebration.

🍽 Food & Drink Delights: Feast on a wide variety of mouthwatering food from Stalls

🎉Games: Have fun with a mix of traditional and team games that will spark laughter and team spirit!

📸 Photography: Capture the magical moments of the day with the photo booth and the green venue

1. Personal Belongings:

Please keep your personal belongings secure. Satrangi Re is not responsible for any loss theft or damage to personal items during the event.

2. Respect for Nature:

The event is organized in a natural setting. Please do not litter and help us maintain the cleanliness of the venue. Kindly dispose of waste in the designated bins.

3. Alcohol and Drugs:

Alcohol consumption and any form of substance abuse are strictly prohibited at the event. Please celebrate responsibly.

4 Children:

Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Ensure their safety while enjoying the festivities.

5. Photography and Media:

By attending the event you consent to be photographed or filmed and understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Parking and Transportation:

Parking facilities are available at the venue. Please park in designated areas. Carpooling is encouraged to reduce congestion.

7. Injury or Accidents:

While safety measures will be in place participants are responsible for their own safety. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.

8. Weather Conditions:

The event will proceed as planned regardless of weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for outdoor weather as the festival will be held in a natural setting.

9 . Conduct:

Treat all attendees with respect and kindness. Any form of disruptive behavior harassment or violence will lead to immediate removal from the event without a refund.
