And of Three represents emancipation from old constructs and finding a new place for the heart. This project of original music written by Sheela Das (flute, rhythm guitar, vocals) features Ryann Anderson (guitar), Markymoon (drums), and Mark Allender (bass). Instrumentalists bring their individual interpretations to the sound. Titles include:
