What to Expect
- Distance: 15,7KM.
- Route:
- Start Time: Meet at Knees Up at 8:30 AM, for 9:00 AM departure.
- Bag Drop: Available at Knees Up.
- 2 Pace Groups: 5:15-5:30 min/km, 6:00-6:15 min/km.
- Fuel provided by Maurten.
- Post-Run: Pastries and coffee to recharge, courtesy of our friends at Knees Up.
To help keep everyone safe, this run is open for runners with some running experience and who feel comfortable running for over an hour.
