Dear Friends of SASC,
On behalf of our Board of Directors, we’d like to invite you to join us for the Annual General Meeting of the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region (SASC)!

Come enjoy an evening of connection, refreshments, and reflection as we share highlights from our work in 2025–2026. It’s a chance to celebrate some truly meaningful achievements. All members of the public are welcome.
When: Monday, June 2, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Where: Accelerator Centre – 295 Hagey Blvd, Waterloo, ON

Evening’s Agenda:

• 6:00 PM – Social Time & Refreshments
• 6:30 PM – General Program Highlights
• 7:30 PM – Business Matters (Audited Financials, Board Elections)

We’ll close the evening with the formal business portion, including review of our audited financial statements, appointment of our auditor, and the election of new members to SASC’s Board of Directors.
