Sardinia Yoga Connection Retreat 2026

An Block & Joëlle Sleebos will be hosting a lovely yoga retreat (7 nights) in this lovely villa right on the beach in Sardinia-Italy. We love spending time together – on and off our mats – in a conscious and fun way. Our retreats are all about connecting with nice like-minded people, taking time for yourself to recharge, eating delicious healthy food prepared by our private chef and simply enjoying all the beauty that life has to offer under the Italian sun!
🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga: �We will practice yoga in the morning (Vinyasa) and the evening (Yin). This is a all-level retreat - Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioners are welcome.
🍲 Food: �Our private chef at the villa will prepare delicious, nutritious and healthy Italian food for us. We will have brunch, an afternoon snack and dinner together on a daily basis. The seasonal vegetables all come straight from the garden. If you enjoy a glass of wine with your food, you are more than welcome to bring/buy it.
🏡 Accommodation: �The villa has a warm homey feel, has a very unique character and is right on the beach, where you can enjoy the most incredible, warm Mediterranean waters to swim, SUP, or float.
