� **First Edition of Culfest Blooming Lilies!** �We kicked off our inaugural Blooming Lilies Culfest with a meaningful Saraswati Puja on Basant Panchami Day, celebrated in a uniquely engaging manner this year. ��
Before preparations began, Ms. Shoba Krishnan conducted a workshop focusing on planning, execution, communication, and teamwork. Inspired by her guidance, our young participants embraced their newly acquired skills and put them into action.
The children meticulously planned every detail, forming teams to handle decoration, procurement, puja and prasad distribution, feasting, guest coordination and organizing fun activities for the day. Templates were used for task execution, and activities were closely monitored. ��
This event provided our young minds with their first lessons in project management. �
