Join us for our 4-day retreat at the beautiful Carlisle Inn in Sarasota, Florida, located at 3727 Bahia Vista Street. You will adore the bakery and gift shop located just next door along with the Der Dutchman Restaurant. The rooms are spacious, and suites may be available at an extra cost. There's plenty of nearby dining and shopping experiences, too.
This event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room is open the until midnight on Thursday and until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night.
All attendees will receive a six foot table for cropping with power! Everyone receives a Welcome Gift and there are door prizes throughtout the weekend with our grand prize drawing held on Saturday night.
We also have numerous vendors that will be offering both products for sale and classes.
We will provide lunch on both Friday and Saturday. Breakfast is provided for hotel guests only. We will also provide water, ice and various snacks all weekend.
Hotel rooms are the responsibility of each individual/group and can be reserved once you have completed payment. Once we verify your payment was received, the link or code will be provided to you. Cost for a 2 queen room is $143.00 per night plus taxes. Rooms must be booked by August 24th to guarantee this rate. Breakfast is included for guests, as well as complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. If you have special requests for the hotel, please communicate that with them far in advance, not when you arrive at the hotel. Often, requests cannot be accommodated at the last minute...like a special room or a room in a specific location. If room location is important to you, please make that clear when you reserve your hotel room.
All crop tables at this event are $250.00. A $75.00 deposit is required to hold your spot, or you may choose to pay in full. However, full and final payment is due by July 23rd. Any seat not paid in full by the due date will be resold to next waitlist sign up. We also have set deadlines for any kind of refunds, so please read the refund and cancellation policies when registering. (Note: we do not offer any other packages, or day or partial-day rates, until the week before the event. If the event is not sold out, you may email us with a request for a day rate.)
