Sara will be giving a class just before the marathon. She will be accompanied by May Bevilacqua.�Sara and May have an exceptional teaching style, they combine the study of movement with the search for emotion.
Saturday workshop: Distance Connection
The first class is a journey through the breaking of the embrace, inviting us to find a connection that in the distance is amplified and filled with resources.
Breaking the embrace tells about escaping from our spaces of comfort, that pushes us to let go of automatisms and find new spaces of communication and movement, awakening creativity and expanding our spectrum of association with music and with each other.
Sunday workshop : Turns and resources
In the second class we are transported to the world of “Giros” and turns in both roles.
The breaking of the embrace invites us to new movements, to new ways of feeling and communicating. There we will find endless tools and shapes, and the hands, the shoulders, the back, the gaze, the empty spaces, it all becomes a tool to communicate and move.
It's rare to find teachers who prefers to pass on their knowledge and put the emphasis on feeling. Their perception of dance is likely to influence yours.

Cours du samedi : Connexion à distance
Le premier cours est un voyage à travers la rupture de l'abrazo, nous invitant à trouver une connexion qui, à distance, est amplifiée et remplie de ressources.
Rompre l'abrazo, c'est s'échapper de nos espaces de confort, c'est nous pousser à laisser tomber les automatismes et à trouver de nouveaux espaces de communication et de mouvement, c'est éveiller la créativité et élargir notre spectre d'association avec la musique et avec les autres.
Cours du dimanche : Tournants et ressources
Dans le deuxième cours, nous sommes transportés dans le monde des "Giros" et des tours dans les deux rôles.
La rupture de l'étreinte nous invite à de nouveaux mouvements, à de nouvelles façons de sentir et de communiquer. Nous y trouverons une infinité d'outils et de formes, et les mains, les épaules, le dos, le regard, les espaces vides, tout cela devient un outil pour communiquer et bouger.
Il est rare de trouver des professeurs qui préfèrent transmettre leur savoir et surtout mettre l'accent sur le ressenti. Leur perception de la danse influencera probablement la vôtre.

Zaterdagles: Verbinding op afstand
De eerste cursus is een reis door het breken van de zee, we nodigen je uit om op afstand met ons in contact te komen en de middelen te versterken.
Het is een kwestie van tijd voor comfortruimtes, er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van automatisering en nieuwe communicatie- en bewegingsruimtes, er is behoefte aan creativiteit en veel duidelijkheid in de associatie met muziek en met de invloeden.
Zondaglessen: keerpunten en hulpmiddelen
In de tweede cursus werden we getransporteerd naar de wereld van "Giros" en draaiden we beide rollen.
Het verbreken van de omhelzing nodigt ons uit tot nieuwe bewegingen, tot nieuwe manieren van voelen en communiceren. Daar zullen we een oneindig aantal gereedschappen en vormen vinden, en de handen, de schouders, de rug, de blik, de lege ruimtes, dit alles wordt verenigd voor communicatie en beweging.
Het komt zelden voor dat leraren er de voorkeur aan geven hun kennis te gebruiken en hun kennis te benadrukken. Hun perceptie van dans zal waarschijnlijk die van jou beïnvloeden.
