This conference is a hybrid event so we will also be offering an option to join the event online if you are unable to attend face-to-face

The cost applies to face-to-face and online submissions and includes full access to the conference, any exhibitor, presenter and Sponsor matierials and resources, plus a recording of the day post event.

For non-card payments, our invoice terms are strictly payment within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions.
50% of delegate fee will be refunded for cancellations received 28 days prior to the event
After this date no fees are refundable for cancellation or non-attendance. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email to [email protected]
In the unlikely event that SAPHNA have to cancel an event, our liability of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. As an alternative, a credit against the rearranged event will be offered
