Unlocking the Vault - Modern Cloud Data Stack for SAP
Host: Jason Luo - Principal Enterprise Architect, SAP
Info: SAP environments hold the crown jewels of enterprise data, but traditional architectures often keep it trapped in rigid silos. To fuel the next generation of enterprise AI, organizations must move beyond simply migrating data—they need to liberate it.
This session unpacks how forward-thinking organizations are "unlocking the vault." We will explore how to build a high-performance, modern cloud data stack that bridges the gap between SAP’s rigid operational core and the agility of modern cloud ecosystems. Discover how to preserve your critical SAP semantic layer, maintain a strict "clean core" strategy, and feed trusted, real-time enterprise data into Agentic AI and advanced analytics engines to drive genuine business value.

From Sapphire Vision to the Autonomous Enterprise: What's Real, What's Next
Host: Mustafa Bensan - Enterprise Architect and SAP Champion
Info: At SAP Sapphire 2026, SAP announced its vision for the Autonomous Enterprise: a future where people set direction and AI executes, supported by governance, business context and human judgment.
This session explores the progress made since that announcement and what it means in practical terms for SAP customers, partners and practitioners. We will look beyond the headlines to examine what can already be done today with Joule and SAP Business AI Platform — and where the roadmap is heading next.
Through practical examples , attendees will see how autonomous capabilities can reshape enterprise work across finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, customer experience and industry processes.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what is possible now, what is coming next, and how SAP is moving from AI-assisted processes toward truly autonomous operations.

From Fragmented Landscape to AI-Ready Enterprise
Host: Ivan de Oliva
Info: This session will share how Cochlear transformed its enterprise architecture approach during a major SAP S/4HANA program, moving from fragmented tools and siloed knowledge to a federated, insight-driven model using SAP LeanIX.
The session will explain how Cochlear created a single source of truth for applications, integrations, and technology risk, achieving over 70% visibility of its technology landscape to support better decisions. It will also cover how architecture governance was embedded into delivery through ARB/DLRB integration, how data-driven risk management was established for areas such as vendor end-of-life and critical data flows, and how architects and delivery teams were enabled through a federated self-service model.
Attendees will gain practical lessons on scaling architecture governance without slowing delivery, using LeanIX to drive measurable outcomes beyond documentation, and building an AI-ready enterprise architecture foundation for future decision automation.

AI-Assisted SAP Development with MCP (Virtual Presentation)
Host: Marian Zeis - Independent UI5/ABAP Developer
Info: AI-assisted development in SAP is moving beyond simple code completion. With MCP servers and modern AI-enabled IDEs, developers can bring more relevant context into their workflow: SAP documentation, ABAP development objects, UI5/Fiori projects, CAP services, and more.
In this session I will give a practical overview of what is already possible today. The focus is on realistic SAP development workflows across backend and frontend, showing how AI can support research, understanding existing code, generating ideas, and speeding up development without replacing developer judgment.

Panel Discussion | ECC to S/4HANA: Stay, Move, or Already There?
Info: Join a candid customer panel exploring the different realities of the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition. Hear from SAP customers at various stages of the journey — from those still running ECC with no immediate move planned, to those preparing their transition, and those already live on SAP S/4HANA.
The discussion will cover the decisions, challenges, lessons learned, and practical insights that can help organisations better understand their own path forward. Expect real stories, honest reflections, and useful takeaways from customers who have faced, or are currently facing, the same questions.

AI Agents for Multi-System Change SAP Delivery: Lessons from Real Deployments
Host: Darshita Chaturvedi
Info: Many enterprise change requests do not fit neatly into a single system. A single requirement may involve S/4HANA or ECC, BTP services, integration flows, and non-SAP systems like SendGrid for email delivery. That makes the hardest part of delivery less about writing code and more about deciding where the change belongs, how the systems should work together, and how to move from request to working outcome with acceptable effort and risk.
In this session, I will use one concrete multi-system change request to show how AI agents can support that end-to-end process. Drawing on lessons from real deployments, I will walk through how agents help teams evaluate implementation options, choose an approach, estimate trade-offs, and build, run, and test the solution across the selected landscape. Attendees will leave with a clearer view of where agents add value in complex SAP change delivery, where human decisions remain critical, and what this looks like in a real enterprise workflow.
🕑: 03:50 PM - 04:20 PM
The Drift That Haunts Your BTP
Host: John Patterson - Principal Engineer, Second Phase Sol.
Info: SAP BTP is both the platform you configure and the runtime you depend on. Both change over time and neither waits for the other. In on-premise systems that gap was contained through ownership and control. In the cloud you do not own the ground beneath your feet. The experience that made you good at on-premise becomes the instinct that blinds you here.
APIs change, credentials expire, services get deprecated. Drift is the gap between what you designed and what is actually running.
This session is for SAP BTP architects, platform owners, integration leads, and business focused stakeholders who have felt that gap but not yet named it.
We will explore six approaches teams use to manage drift, from manual operations to AI-assisted delivery. None is wrong, but each has costs that only appear under pressure.
You will leave with the right questions to bring back to your team.
