Santi is just 16 months old and has already faced more challenges than most of us will in a lifetime. He’s battling advanced heart failure and is now waiting for a life-saving heart transplant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. His family relocated from Indianapolis to Cincinnati so they could be close to the hospital while he waits—and that means big changes, heavy expenses, and a long road ahead.
