About this Event
This Christmas, something special is coming to Union Square… come and meet Santa, in his magical bagpipe grotto!
The grotto will open from 10.30am – 4.30pm on Sunday 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December, plus on Friday 20th and Monday 23rd December.
The grotto is located in the upper mall, by Saks and Estabulo.
To visit, simply book a FREE time slot. Please note that pre-booking is advised. If time slots are not fully booked, spaces will be allocated on the day to walk-ins, on a first-come first-served basis.
If you miss your time slot, we cannot guarantee an alternative time slot.
Please note - Due to limited space, we would recommend maximum of 3 children entering in the Grotto at one time and if your party is bigger we will advise to enter in two groups if possible. There is also a limit of maximum 2 adults per group.
