Dates & Times
Santa’s Grotto is available on the following dates between 9am and 5:30pm, bookable in morning and afternoon slots throughout each day. Our morning slot is from 9am to 1pm, with our afternoon slot from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Pre-booking is essential.
*If your child is aged 5 or under, the accompanying adult can use the skating pass and take the child skating as children of this age skate for free with us. If your child is aged 5 & over, the ice skating pass will be included for the child, should any adult wish to accompany their child on the ice will need to purchase an adult skating ticket.
Babies in arms, under the age of 12 months, do not require a ticket when accompanied by a paying sibling. Babies under 12 months without a paying sibling will require a “5 & UNDER” ticket. Due to the nature of the gifts, babies will not be allocated a gift.
