Santa's Grotto at the Museum Saturday 7 December 2024

Upon arrival at the museum you will be greeted by Santa’s friendly elves. They will guide you to the magical grotto where you can meet with Santa.

The grotto will be decked out with festive decorations, creating a warm and enchanting atmosphere that captures the spirit of Christmas. During the visit Santa will present each child with a special gift.

After seeing Santa, you can enjoy a visit to the Museum following our fun cuddly Reindeer Trail (£1).

The café will be open serving hot drinks and seasonal treats.

Cost £7 per child (to include a gift from Santa)

Please note the following:

• The time you book is your arrival time - please arrive promptly or just before the start of your time slot.
• Please ensure you arrive on time, as we will not be able to allow access for latecomers. If you are early, you may be asked to wait outside for a little while if the site is busy, so do wrap up warm
• The museum will be open and you do not need to book separately for a museum visit. Your ticket for Santa will enable you to enter the museum after your visit to Santa
• A Reindeer trail will be available at £1 per trail
• The café will be open serving hot drink and seasonal treats
• If you would like to book for an adult with additional needs, please purchase a child’s ticket for them, and just advise the staff or elf on arrival
• There are two steps into the grotto. Please ring the museum if you need wheelchair access and we can make arrangements for Santa to meet you in a different location with easy access for wheelchairs
