Must be booked in advance. Various dates & times apply please see website for full details!The Santa Express is heading for the North Pole Station destination…..Santa’s Grotto and Christmas Wonderland at the Olde Watermill Shopping Village.
Don’t miss out, book your tickets NOW for a fabulous, festive 50 minutes experience.
First stop is a visit to Buffer and Stoker in their Engine Shed. These clever Elves will help you design your own Santa Express decoration to take home with you whilst entertaining you with
jokes and fun.
Full steam ahead to the Junction Shed to meet Mr P the Station Master. He has just received a delivery of Christmassy letters from Rudolph, one for every child, and your magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve. Mr P the Station Master will also help you make your own special wish upon a star. Conductor the Elf will then lead the way and give each a child a ticket for Santa’s special Children's Funfair Train ride.
Then meet Santa and Mrs Claus in their cosy sitting room, where
Santa will have a story for you and a present for each child, enjoy your own special time with him and there will be the opportunity for you to take that memorable photograph.
Wrap up warm and step outside onto the North Pole Station and climb aboard The Santa Express for more magical photographs. The fun doesn’t stop there, follow the snow trail to find Santa’s special Christmas ride and say “hello” to Chilly Elf and the North Pole Snowman, don’t forget the photo opportunities along the way.

** There MUST BE at least one FULL paying child ticket per booking even if the child is under 1 year old.
** ALL entrants to the grotto MUST purchase a ticket – if your chosen session only has one
ticket available you must select an alternative date/time which does have the required
number of tickets available.
** Please note that session times cannot be merged under any circumstances (eg a booking
for 9.30am will not be admitted with the 9.35am session) so please do not split your party
over two or more time slots as you will not be able to go in together.
