Santa on State Holiday Trolley Ride Presented by Nemours Children's Health

• Five ticket maximum per purchase.
• The Santa on State Trolley is not the Media 101 SEPTA trolley, but instead a beautifully decorated motorized vintage trolley.
• The Santa on State Trolley will depart from the Orange Street Station on W. State Street between Orange Street and Lemon Street (300 W. State Street).
• Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your boarding time. Being ready to ride will allow for the most time spent with Santa.
• The ride will last approximately 20 minutes allowing each guest time to visit with Santa along the route.
• Because of demand, transferring tickets to another tour date or time will not be possible.
• Refunds will not be provided after online registration is complete or if reserved ticket time is missed.
• There will be no food or drink on board the ride, though we invite you to visit the many family-owned restaurants staying open during this weekly event.
• Strollers will not be permitted on board but may be left with Santa's helpers at Check-in.
• Weather - The Santa on State Trolley event will run rain or shine.
• Seat Belts - the Santa on State Trolley is not equipped with seat belts and seats are vintage wood slat style. You are welcome to bring a blanket or cushion for your comfort.
• Restrooms- there are no restrooms at the check-in or onboard the Santa on State Trolley
• Accessibility - Santa on State Trolley is not handicap accessible. Boarding and departing the Santa on State Trolley requires patrons to go up and down narrow stairs.
• This is a child focused event. Adults should only ride as an accompaniment to a child.
• Children ages 2 years and under may be lap-riders and ride for FREE with a paid adult.
• Parents are responsible for supervising and securing their children while on board the Santa on State Trolley. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No smoking or vaping will be permitted on the Santa on State Trolley.
• Please leave pets at home during this event.
