Santa Maria 5k Run-Walk

Athletes across Lake County are in full swing with their summer and fall running programs, preparing for the final stretch of the outdoor running season. One of the most anticipated events is the 5th Annual Santa Maria del Popolo Run-Walk, taking place on September 7, 2025, at the beautiful USML Mundelein Seminary, located at 1000 Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060.

Hosted by Santa Maria del Popolo Parish, this event is designed to bring the community together for a fun, uplifting experience. Our inaugural race welcomed nearly 250 runners, with more than 150 parents and supporters cheering them on—creating a truly unforgettable day.
