Santa Clara Home Tour 2025

Uncover the stories behind Santa Clara’s delightfully vintage buildings, and how they have been restored. Join us for this year’s tour.

The tour is designed to showcase some of the historic houses and structures while demostrating the preservation and some restored to become unique, comfortable homes for a family in the 21st century.

The homes are typically decorated for Christmas. Docents will be in each location to share information about the location and or the families who once lived there.

The tour is sponsored by the Historic Preservation Society of Santa Clara and the Old Quad Residents' Association. The proceeds support cultural, historical nonprofit groups in the Ciity of Santa Clara.

Info: You will need to access your receipt from your ticket purchase either in person or from Eventbrite. Check in at the Santa Clara Woman's Club Adobe, 3260 The Alameda, Santa Clara, CA. You will receive a wristband for the tour. The program will list the address' of the homes and structures on the tour.

Info: Decide which home you would like to see first. You can view the homes in any order and over both days of the tour if you wish. At each site, docents will check for your wristband then guide visitors in small groups. Each docent will share different information about the location you are at.
