Jen and Melissa Martinez would like to invite you to participate in the 7th annual “The Santa Cause”5k Walk/Run to benefit Thursdays Child and a this year our second cause is Hamann's Helping Hands. Thursday’s Child is an organization that grants wishes to children battling illness or disease. Hamann's Helping Hands is nonprofit whose mission is to ensure that every child spending Christmas in the hospital receives the best Christmas possible. Founded in the fall of 2022, this non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing joy and hope to children and their families during the holiday season.

Race Details: 5K run or walk

When: Saturday, December 7 th . Race begins at 10:00am, packet pick-up starts at 8:45 am - 9:30 am.

Where: Holiday Inn Express Platteville WI—55 S. Elm Street Platteville WI 53818

Cost: $55.00. Includes a Santa Cause sweatshirt, a goodie bag, Melissa’s famous Bloody

Mary’s and breakfast. The remainder of the entry fee is donated to “The Santa Cause”.

Christmas gear is highly encouraged. Prizes for best dressed.

If you are in need of overnight accommodations we have reserved a block of rooms at a

discounted rate at the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms will be held at the discounted rate

until November 29th . Please reference “The Santa Cause” when making the reservation.
