When emailing to make your reservation, please include your Member number, the number of total people in your party, the number of kids in your party, how many highchairs you need, the names and ages of the kids in your party, your desired brunch reservation time, your desired Santa Time reservation and any seating requests you have.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: The club's cancellation policy will be enforced. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours or less of the event date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price per person. Members with a reservation that no-show for the event are subject to be charged the full price of the event per person.
