Sanskrit Study Group w Akosua

The sessions will cover Chapter Two of the Sri Bhagavad Gita. There are seventy 72 verses in that chapter which we should be able to complete in about nine weeks. This chapter is also called,

“The Yoga of Knowledge” because it introduces several key philosophical teachings and principles. Especially the teachings about understanding the nature of the self, performing one's duty without attachment, and the importance of wisdom and knowledge. It also emphasizes that the soul is eternal and indestructible.

Akosua has been a Member Owner at HWFC since the 1980s, She has been a student of Vedanta for over 15 years, and has been studying Sanskrit over the past 3 years with the Hindu University of America
