Join us for Sangiovese Studies, a focused wine tasting class dedicated entirely to Italy’s most iconic red grape. No white wine. No distractions. Just Sangiovese, explored in depth.

This red-wine-only tasting will be led by Advanced Sommelier, Jen Schmitt, who will guide you through the nuances that make Sangiovese one of the most expressive and versatile grapes in the world. From bright acidity and savory notes to structure, tannin, and regional influence, this class is designed to help you truly understand what’s in your glass.

You’ll taste a curated lineup showcasing different styles and expressions of Sangiovese, learning how climate, soil, and winemaking choices shape each wine. Along the way, Jen will break down what to look for when tasting, how to identify quality, and why Sangiovese pairs so beautifully with food.
