🎶🙏🐝 I’m so excited about this new monthly Sunday morning gathering at The Be Sanctuary in UA starting in April!✨Join me for an hour of community, mindful singing/listening, guided meditation, and a dharma-based reflection and sharing time. No prior experience with any of these modalities is required! Just come as you are, and enjoy the benefits of a heart-centered sangha (community).
