Sangha, Silence & Stillness - Thanksgiving Zen Practice Day, November 30th

You are warmly invited to join our Thanksgiving online Zen-Day:

Saturday, November 30th, from 6:00am to 8:00pm ET.
This is a free offer, and all are welcome to join!
Our day consists of four 2-hour long practice blocks, each containing three 30-min sitting periods with 15 min walking periods in between. Feel free to join us for the entire day or for parts of it.
Different FMZC teachers will offer a talk during each of the practice periods.
Practice periods:
6:00am - 8:00am
10:00am - 12:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
6:00pm - 8:00pm
