Sangha means community 😊One Saturday a month we meet for meditation, philosophy discussion and a yoga Asana class. All are welcome for one or more of these offerings.
8:30 am Meditation – 20-min gently guided meditation
9:00 am Philosophy Discussion – The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are among the definitive texts of yoga philosophy. They lay out the methodology and practice of yoga. We read 2-4 sutras (short “stitches” or aphorisms) each time. Photocopies of the Sutras are provided (just sign up or let me know you’re coming so we know how many copies). No prior knowledge of the Sutras is required.
9:40 am Yoga Asana – A mixed-level hatha flow class.
