Dear beloved friends,You are invited to join us for our weekly gathering at the Indy Liberation Center, 1800 N Meridian St Suite 305, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
We will now be meeting Saturdays from 930 to 11AM every week!
The program will be as follows:
– Welcoming and introductions
– Guided meditation
– Group reading of dharma writings or Five Mindfulness Trainings
– Dharma sharing (sharing from the heart)
– Close
Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required. You don’t need to be a Buddhist or profess any sort of faith!
These gatherings are always free to attend.
When: Saturdays 930-11AM
Where: Indianapolis Liberation Center
1800 N Meridian St Suite 305, Indianapolis, IN 46202
Seating: We will have meditation cushions and chairs set up for you to use according to your preference.
Recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, easy to remove shoes, and water for yourself to drink during the session.
We look forward to spending time together.
