❄️ SANFORD FAMILY WINTERFEST 2026 ❄️Join Sanford Parks & Recreation for a day of FREE festive winter fun for the whole family! Activities are planned both outdoors at Gowen Park and indoors at the Memorial Gym. Grab your coats, bring your gear, and let’s celebrate the season!

🎿 OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES - GOWEN PARK
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Start the day at Gowen Park with sledding and a bonfire. Then, strap on your cross-country skis or snowshoes to participate in races on the tennis courts! Race Prizes: Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Sanford. (Outdoor activities are weather-dependent)
🏰 INDOOR ACTIVITIES - MEMORIAL GYM
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The fun continues inside Memorial Gym!
• Toddle Time: A special play area for pre-schoolers in the Café
• Art Station: Get creative on the lower level
• Inflatables: Multiple inflatables in the gym for kids to run around and play
• FREE Refreshments: Enjoy free water, hot cocoa, and popcorn
