Join TLB Nutrition Therapy, OutWellness, and Monte Nido for a feel-good Saturday spent giving back

We’ll be making sandwiches together to drop off at the ATX Free Fridges, helping provide accessible food to our community. No experience needed - just come as you are!

What to Expect:

• Community sandwich-making for ATX Free Fridges

• Donation drop-off for:– Shelf-stable food items– Personal hygiene products

• FREE partner workout from 12:00–12:45 PM, hosted by OutWellness(No partner needed, you’ll be paired up!)

Workout is open to all levels and is totally optional. Come for what feels good to you.

This event is about connection, nourishment, and showing up for our community in small but meaningful ways. We’d love to see you there
