Wednesday 19th November – Sunday 23rd November
WORLD CHAMPS Itinerary
Day 1 – (Wed 19th) 1 SESSION OF BEACH VOLLEYBALL
· Meet at Brisbane domestic terminal at 545am.
Depart Brisbane airport 7am
· Arrive Adelaide (10.10am) – collected by private group bus / drop bags off at The Oval Hotel. The rooms at The Oval Hotel have been secured for our group!! So exciting - check it out!! It's a stone's throw from where the World Champs will be.
· Group introduction gathering for quick lunch at hotel then walk to the first afternoon session of BVWC starting at 130pm - 530pm (round 32)
· Meet in lobby at 730pm for group dinner booking at 8pm (walking distance). 4 course Italian dinner - including 2-hour drinks package right near Star City for those who want to have a bit of a flutter after dinner.
Day 2 – (Thurs 20th) 1 SESSION OF BEACH VOLLEYBALL
· Meet in lobby at 9:15am
· Walk to Scenic River Cruise departing at 10am followed by organised lunch
· Walk together to the afternoon session of BVWC starting at 130pm-530pm (Round 16)
· Meet in the lobby at 630pm. Bus pick up from hotel to take us to Glenelg for a private charter - Sunset Catamaran Cruise along Adelaide's stunning coastline and watch the sun set over the water. Includes unlimited drinks package and canapes. Arrive back at dock then go to local Glenelg pub for pizza if still hungry.
Make our own way back to Hotel, (approx.15min drive)
Day 3 – (Fri 21st) 2 SESSIONS OF BEACH VOLLEYBALL
· Early start for the golfers! Meet in the lobby at 6am. Free time for those who are choosing to not play golf.
· Back by midday for group lunch at pub or The Oval Hotel then walk together to BVWC afternoon session. 130-530pm.
(Qtr finals)
Dinner somewhere close by (pub or stay at venue)
· Evening session for BVWC starts at 7pm - 11pm.
Day 4 – (Sat 22nd) 2 SESSIONS OF BEACH VOLLEYBALL
· Meet in the lobby 9am - half day trip to the picturesque Barossa Valley, including wine tasting morning tea & lunch.
Arrival back at hotel by 145pm.
· Meet in lobby at 230pm to walk together for the evening sessions of BVWC starts at 3pm - 5pm. (semi finals)
Dinner somewhere close by (pub or stay at venue)
· Evening session for BVWC starts at 7pm - 11pm.
Day 5 – (Sun 23rd)
· Check out of hotel around 10am
· Pick up from Hotel at 10:15am bus transfer to airport -
· Depart Adelaide 11:55am
· Arrive Brisbane 1:55pm
We have not booked any tickets to the finals on Sunday. If you wish to stay on, please arrange your own tickets and discuss changing flights.

If you are definitely planning on travelling with us - you will be required to pay a deposit ($500pp) please. Balance can be paid in monthly instalments.
