In this advanced class, participants will learn how to create a bewitching arrangement inspired by the Sanderson Sisters, using artisanal cured meats, cheeses, seasonal fresh and dried fruits, artisanal chocolates, and other delicious grazing accoutrema, and learn basic Garde Manger (gar-ma-jay
