Join me for an evening of magic ✨️
Held at the @theresonancecentre, a ceremony to help you set intentions for the New Year and to ground them into reality.
The ceremony will have cacao to open our hearts and uplift our souls, and call in what is meant for us.
I will then lead you through an experience of Prañayama (traditional yogic breathwork), hatha yoga and somatic movement, and yoga nidra to facilitate deep rest and settle what you have called in to your subconscious ☁️
All while having a gorgeous, hand-picked playlist and being in a community of like-minded souls.
